after tax and all, mine was a little over $20k. with ground effects, 6cd changer, floor mats, and a shift knob
$19,400 with tint and blue light kit.
mine was slightly over 18,000 w/ carpets. (tax included)
www.scion.com has info on pricing. Add all of the options you are looking for and that will be what the price is. There is a no-haggle system so the price you see on the net is the price you get in the store. - t
exactly!

tC auto with floormats $17,410
tC Manual with floormats $16,610

after that the price of the car is up to you. How do you want to customize your ride?
Since I'm a prospective buyer, how easily upgradeable are the options once you buy the car without them?

In other words, should I go ahead and get all the options from the get go or wait and upgrade one by one.
I'm looking at manual with everying but ground effects and 18" wheels.
It depends on if you're financing & how much you want to be paying each month... The upgrades can be added at any time, given they're availability, so if you want to keep your payments low, if you're financing, you can pay full price for the parts/labor later, or you can order 'em w/ the car and add it into the loan

not a problem.....i figured that if everyone here posted how much they paid it would get confusing because we all have different options on our cars. Best of luck in getting a tC soon. - t
Keep in mind that you can find alot of the items/accessories at different places on the net too. check out www.mcgeorgeparts.com they have alot of the base accessories that most people would want to get put on their tC's at a pretty good discount...and shipping isn't that bad. I just ordered a front end mask, wheel locks, and mud guards and the shipping was only $17.
Auto., floormats, 18 in. Enkei rims, lip spoiler, extended warranty-- 22 or a little less I think.

Not exactly true.
There's no haggling, but The site doesnt incorporate taxes and fees, which, depending where you live, can add a grand or 2.
I was quoted 228/mth for the lease for 48 mths.(500dwn and 12k mi)
went to the dealer with the print out and he told me it would be 285/mnth
So the payments and total price you see on the website, is not EXACTLY what you get.
I too am going to buy a tC within the next 12 months. I am looking at the auto, either FM or BSP. Anyway, for the near minimal cost of $199 (according to TRD site) what benefits will I see with the TRD lowering springs? Should I couple that with the sway bar? I guess what I am hitting at, is the performance worth the price? Thanks for the info.
If I were you I would get the springs. They make the car ride about the same height as a BMW. I'm gonna get springs put on when I go in for 5000 miles.

Here's a pic...
http://zoltiz.com/cars/tc/springs/

The sway bar, I hear, is awesome. People say driving with it on is like night and day in comparison. It's got a street and a race setting. Most people would find the race setting a bit too stiff for everyday driving, but it REALLY hugs the road on fast corners.

I would say both the springs and the TRD sway bar are definitely worthy add-ons. The sway bar is a very easy installation though, and you might want to purchase one from www.mcgeorgeparts.com to save yourself some money.

Hope I've helped!
