thats not going to do ####, maybe if you have stupid blue lights and your fog light upgrade and hmm probably a spoiler upgrade you may think it will help performance
all im saying is that i want to know how big the rims can get, so i can possibly figure out what kind of lightweight wheel with a certain performance tire at a certain size can help my car out

Here's the fundamental problem: There are no lightweight wheels in 18 or 19 inch sizes. With the current technology, 17 is the practical limit for reasonably lightweight wheels. 18's might get there in another year. It will be quite some time before they figure out how to make a 19" wheel both light and strong. I suspect we'll all be on tweels before then (and I bet they're WAY lighter by the time they get to production).
So, if you want to run big wheels, you can't have acceleration or compliance. You get bling. If you want to go fast, especially over less than perfectly flat surfaces, then you should consider smaller diameter wheels. They are lighter, and offer a much better range of choices for rubber. That's the long and short of it.
