you dont have to remove the plastic by the wipers. just remove the 2 pins and bend the plastic up enough to get at the nuts. In the rear just remove everything out of the trunk (spare and stuff) and then remove the 10mm bolts under the plastic cover of the cargo hooks. You can see 2 bolts for the rear shocks, the front nuts can be reached by pulling the side pannel up a little. Good luck.
