best bet is to paint your stock rims black in the center and leave trim around it xD

Edge Racing has the Flik Wasps or Hornets for around $100 each..... pretty cheap and they look decent.

Check eBay for the ADR Sukodu wheels. They come in a 17x7 with 40 offset (you'd have to ask someone else if this will work... I think it will), black with a polished lip. My friend has them on his '99 Eclipse and seems to really like them. They look pretty good if you like that sort of wheel.

You'll be good with a +40 for up to a 225 I believe. You shouldn't be running anything wider than 225 on a 17x7 anyway for safety sake.
