Has anybody seen these lights before? They look like angel eyes, I know you can get some off a BMW and convert them.

I'm confused by your question because those are BMW lights.

The led lights bar at the top in the eyebrow.

I haven't seen that before and wondering where or how to do that.

EddNog had the projectors and the Angel eyes done to his lights and someone one ScionLive has added the LED strip to their lights as well. So, it can and has been done.
