It will tell if you a tire gets really low and it does it by detecting wheel speed. if a tire is low on psi it will spin at a different speed than normal and trigger the monitor.Originally posted by Pharohz@Feb 6 2005, 01:41 PM
I guess I should read the manual before asking this question, but how does the Tire Pressure Monitoring System work? Will it just alert me somehow if one of my tires is low? or do I need to do some sort of periodic check?
