FS: Brand new wheel lock set

I purchased a brand new wheel lock set for my TC from Sparks Toyota in December. I never installed them - I decided that where I live they were unneccesary. I paid 33.75 plus 5.14 shipping for a total of 38.89.
I would like to sell them. Asking 25.00 shipping included.
