I hate to be that guy, but this one has been discussed multiple times on this site. It is a scam, unless your intention is to get a bunch of stickers for your $89.

That's not a very good idea. That's fraud.

^^^ Sounds right to me. That, and the fact that using a fake credit card number to obtain goods or services (even if you decide you don't want them later) is per se fraud.
