Well after about a months wait for a 5 speed 2005 I finally got my car today and to my surprise I got a 2006. So my question is weather or not all the audio equipment I already bought will fit in the 2006. It came with the upgraded pioneer head unit with the ipod hookup and auxillary hookup in the armrest. Will the ipod hookup work with the Alpine CDA-9847 that I orderd? And will the mounting harness and wire harness fit the 2006 as well?

well I will be putting in all the speakers I got for the car because I dont think the factory system is that great. I will also be adding the Alpine head unit instead of the factory poineer as well as a 12 disk changer. I guess now my main question is weather or not I will still be able to use the ipod connection thru the alpine head unit. In other words is there basically a converter hooked up between factory head unit and the ipod connection in the arm rest which can be used with an after market head unit?
