I don't think it iwll work, because of the visor which moves up and down. Why do you eant to install it.

I was wondering if anyone has this mod. I was told that it will not work do to the way the sunroof first moves up, then back. I tried to search but I was not able to find anything on the 528t. I will be installing the 530t and just wanted to see if it was possible so I could just do one install.

I was able to control the sunroof using the second channel output of my alarm, one standard 12V Bosche style relay and a diode. When the button is pressed, it will vent the sunroof open. When pressed a second time it will open the sunroof 3/4 of the way. A third press of the button will open the sunroof all the way. I did not connect it to close the sunroof, only to open it but I'm sure it can be done w/ similar methods.
If I was keeping my sunroof, or the whole glass roof for that mater, I would of wired mine up today, really nice to have on a hot day to let the heat out before you get in
