Dealer Maintenance Question

General Question..., has anyone gotten their P.C.V. checked out at the dealer and or replaced and if so how much was the labor. Is this something which anyone can check or can it only be changed professionally? My dealer CLAIMED a labor fee of over $200 bux for this and I just want to check this equipment and change or upgrade my air filter to a CAI. any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. thank you

Maybe I was misleading with the PCV thing. The high cost was quoted to me by Toyota to just CHECK the vavle
I assumed if it needed to be replaced it would be covered but they mentioned how part of the engine had to be dissassembled and crap like that.
