Dash Lights problem

I drive a 2015 scion tc 9.0 series manual. When I am driving the brake light and power steering light come on at the same time. The steering wheel gets a little tighter and loses some power but is still drivable. If I continue to drive more lights start to pop up. When I turn off the car and turn it back on no lights appear. I took it to the mechanic and his diagnostic tool read speed sensor. I got it back and the same thing is happening again. This model doesn't have a reservoir for power steering fluid. Any help would be appreciated. I don't know if this is related but after releasing clutch in neutral the car makes a type of winding noise but as I step on clutch it stops. Is this normal?
