Washing the MF towels should definitely help. Just make sure to wash whatever towels you use on your car separate from your normal laundry. Do not use fabric softener as it leaves a residue which is less than great for your paint. When it comes to towels, white 100% made in America towels are the way to go. You won't find them at Target or Wal-Mart. The towels there are usually made in Pakistan and have polyester in there as well.
