I have an 09 Scion TC with a cold air TRD intake system. I need to find the sensor foam pice (flying saucer) that is on the main pipe. TRD and Toyota say they no longer carry it. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
The old one is cracked and is falling apart shutting the engine down when a piece enters the air sensor. pic is from the interwebs

yes, I searched far and wide. I ended up making one from a new shop vac filter

parts are built in factory and often get updated into other factories using other part numbers. if you can get someone who is familiar with trd part numbers they could find a new replacement for you
