my clutch peddle got stuck yesterday and its stuck almost all the way down i can not push it down or up or the whole assembly moves ... i cannot start the car without pressing the little button that the clutch is supposed to push and then once i start it i can't put it into gear... the car has only 14000 miles on it so i was wondering if anyone has had this problem before? or if you know what it is? or would it be covered by the warranty?

No, it's not a common problem. Get it checked out under warranty, sure, get it fixed, maybe. It depends on what you've been doing to the clutch. If it's burned to a crisp, then it won't be covered by warranty. If the hydraulic line failed or the master/slave cylinder failed, then it's likely you'll get warranty repairs.
