Ok this has been driving me crazy and I can’t figure it out! Car drives and feels perfect, but it rattles/clunks over bumps. This only happens when going slower, I’d say less than 25mph. I’ve replaced pads and rotors thinking it was a brake issue but that did not fix the problem. I don’t feel anything in the wheel, no vibrations, no bad wheel bearing sounds. I’m stumped. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Jack up the front end and on jack stands. grab hold of each front tires and try to rock them side to side, up and down to see if they move with a clunking sound. If you do, see where it is coming from... usually it is a worn tie rod.

Check the sub frame bolts lower control arm. It's the one long bolt. You may have to angle grind to get access to tighten the 17mm bolt.

The front passenger was clunking, knocking over bumps, potholes, speed bumps, driveways but stays perfectly quiet on smooth streets & roads.

I cut the hole to re tighten the bolt. Now the drivers side is doing all you described.
