Clifford Matrix Alarm

I went to have an alarm install on my tC today by a Professional and I'm running into some problems with the remotes. One remote unlock both doors and the the but the other remote only unlock the driver side door. Could any one tell me what is worng with it or should I take it back to the shop and have them look at it.
