i've got a fool-proof method. take it to a mechanic! (sorry i have no idea how to change brake pads)

its not hard but if you dont know what your doing or have never gotten near brakes before then i wouldn't recommend it

There isn't step by step instructions, if you don't knwo what you are doing don't even try, there are larger issues you may have to deal with like air in the brake lines if you bleed a little fluid out, like you should. The general idea is a couple of bolts, clips for the pads and compression of a piston. My suggestion would to have a freind walk you through it the first time, then it will be easy for you after that.
