I'm currently looking at 19x7.5's. My question is will a 42mm offset rub? I'm not to sure what offset is the best for this car. If that offset is wrong what one is the best for the different size rims 7, 7.5, 8, and 8.5? Any info would be great. Also is the 215x35x19 the best or the 225x35x19?

Thanks

No a 42 won't rub. Stock is 7.0 wide with a 45mm offset. I'm running 8.5 wide with a 48mm offset and it doesn't rub. There's no way a 7.5 will rub with a 42mm offset.

The 225/35/19 is quite a bit larger in diameter than the 215/35/19, and that is larger than the 215/45/17 we have from the factory.

Diameters are:

Stock: 24.62 inches

215/35/19: 24.93 (1.24% increase, not bad)

225/35/19: 25.20 (2.3% increase, getting not so good.)

I run:

245/40/17: 24.72 (0.4% increase, negligible)
