Had a low battery and had to push start ,pop the clutch and my 2005 Scion TC lit right up . That was 3 days ago last night my dash bat light came on. Did I hurt car by bump starting it ? Or is it time for a new battery? I've only had this one about a year .

Take the battery to get tested if it's not within its rated Cold Cranking Amps or Voltage rating you will have to replace the battery. If the battery is healthy you may have a faulty alternator or a loose electrical connection or maybe a loose accessory belt.
