Noob here who just got his new SSM tC. Just wanted to know if anybody has been able to install the Alpine IVA-D300 (or D901 for that matter) and been able to close the door for the DIN space? I know Alpman has a sweet install of his D300, so I was curious to see how to get it closed. Thanks!

Nope, can't close the door. That's why I got rid of the D300 and flushed in the TME-M770 touchscreen monitor INTO the radio door. Check it out in the pics section.

Ok, incredibly jealous now! I am going to have to figure out a way to get an Alpine monitor into my dub din space and still have the door close. I'm not quite a genius to actually make it my door. That's just plain amazing!!!! Hmmm...might ask around to shops around town.
