Yeah I believe that it does someone responded to me a while back and said that they do, I think megan racing is coming out with one that does not, not sure though I think that I read that somewhere, but I believe that the alphaworks header has an optional O2 sensor emulator thingy.

Yes. The DC Sports header, Megan Header, and Alphawerks header ALL throw a CEL.
