ADR Rims... Good... Bad? Experiences?

Wht it do everyone...

Simple question... ADR Rims? I find them very cheap in price on ebay... anyone experienced ADR rims before? Any inputs will be helpful thanks!!!!!!

as far as I know they are of pretty good quality...never had any before though so not totally sure
