trust me, we don't kill. in the worst case we copy.

but mostly for the commertial shoots they take the car out to some nice location and make a driver drive the same route 15-20 times, get TONS of pics to choose from, 99% of which you would prolly put in the same "deadly" category

up close to where i live (on mt tam) i've seen porsche 911, porsche 911 turbo, merc amg slk55 and some other cars i don't remember, who were out doing photoshoots... first one i saw (porsch turbo) i didn't understand what the hell was happening - i went out to take some landscape shots, and see this porsch coming to the pullout and turning around like 8 times... finally i went down waited for the guy and asked what the heck was he doing - having fun or what... he said he already felt dizzy...

tho i thought it's kinda cool of a job. (the photographers', i mean. pays well too prolly...)

Sweet, you're right down the road from me. I'm up in Rohnert Park.

I always thought a wide shot of the front of the car + the road ahead + side blur while sticking out through the sunroof would be pretty neat.

As soon as I get a few more miles on the car, i'm going to go looking for some curvy roads to play on like those around mt tam. Only 86 miles on the car so far.
