I seem to remember hearing this before, but not really buying it.
I rolled past 5000mi yeasterday with no changes in the cars behavior, but today as I pulled out of work, the car seemed to have quite a lot more pep than usual and while it's still there, the delay in throttle response seems less severe. The odometer read 5054mi
I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining this. The only other thing I can think of is that I filled my fuel tank yesterday and considering the recent trouble with ConocoPhillips fuel, maybe I ended up with a bad tank?
