2009 tC passenger window not working

Check the relays & fuses, check to see if the wires are plugged into the door control switch.

See if the window control switches are in working order.

Window actuator motor is working.

Check both driver & passenger window control switches work.

Give the vehicle a several minutes to reset after the battery has been disconnected/removed from the vehicle.

I know if the battery has been disconnected the windows have to be initialized, there should be something about it in your owner's manual.

If the battery was disconnected you'll have press the button on the driver's side all the way down then all the way up then a little down. This will reset it. You'll have to do that for both windows and sunroof.
