2005 = 2006 Same!

hey guys I have talked to the Scion salesman and he said 2005 and 2006 will

pretty much the same. Supercharger will come out on April and roof top will be

the same no changes he said. Any comments? by the way i'm in hawaii.

Maybe so, but what good will a new model be without changes?!?

Supercharger is delayed until near the end of the year. It will not be released in April.

I have no idea about supercharger but dealer said April for sure.

i got a bill on that, too.

what good is a new model without changes? just as good as the current model. which is smokin. so it works for me.

This isn't Detroit and the 60's are long gone. Changes are dumb. Do what you know works.

BTW, I'll bet him paycheck for paycheck there's no supercharger released in April.

Considering it's been officially announced that the supercharger has been delayed until late fall...

come april, people will start saying "wait until may". i would hope that as a dealer myself, i would be kept informed of parts becoming available. and as a dealer, i was informed that the release date is sometime this year.

I dont understand why ppl are debating about waiting for the 06 instead of getting the 05. Scion's whole philosophy is for you to build your own car and be happy with it. There will be change, but thats up to how each person customizes their car with the available options. You can basically do anything to the 05 that you would if you waited for an 06.

You would just pay more for the sake of saying you have an 06 model

The only problem is that if you buy an 05 now, it will depreciate a bundle in June when the 06 is supposedly coming out!

And what is going to happen to your '06 model in '07? Or why not wait till 2027? Come on people - if you need a car - buy it, if you don't - then what is the discussion about?
