What's "too expensive"?

http://www.1010tires.com has nice advanced search that lets you pick out the wheels with width and offset you want.
They have some interesting new wheels, too - Motegi Trak Lite and Motegi LC5 - both come in 17x8 / 45 offset and weigh 14.5 and 16.5lbs - that's scary light.
The best tires for 17x8 are 245/40/17 - they are within 0.4% from stock, so no need to mess with speedo, etc.
