(Sorry if it's been discussed before; I know Eric is usually among the first on these things).

Isn't this iQ one of the sexiest/cutest cars you guys have seen?

It's sold as a Toyota in Japan and Europe to compete with the Smart.
We should get it next Fall (2010) under the Scion brand, where I think it'll fit perfectly.
The car's under 118 inches but I believe has two rows of seats.
(changeable from back seats to bigger trunk).

It's already a 1300 cc engine. But not exactly from a Hayabusa...
I can sense you've seen the videos of the Smart Hayabusa, haven't you AKtc?

But I agree; let's rev that thing to 12,000 rpm! ftw!

It looks great, but I've heard from several people, including a GM at a toyota dealer out here that the American version will look a lot less like that demo and a lot more like a baseline Yaris does.

No big rims, or cool body kit or bucket seats... It looks great with all that stuff on it, but what it really needs is a turbo like my friend's almost 300hp yaris.

Look at your comment, now back to mine. Now back at your comment now back to mine. Sadly it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate posts it could look like its mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're scrolling through comments, writing the comment your comment could look like. What did you post? Back at mine, it's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again the reply is now diamonds. Anything is possible when you think before you post.

They always do that George. It's so disappointing.
Example: the Camaro is going to be successful because people loved the concept and they didn't change it by much for the final release.
But that's an exception. In most cases, they do exactly what you describe and end up with a boring car...
EDIT: but with the whole Scion idea, you should be able to buy all the accessories and make it look like that, which is cool!

the iQ.. will look exactly like the original Toyota iQ... so it's not exactly the same thing that Scion is doing with displaying some exotic concept without us seeing what the production version will be first... since.. the production one has been in the press for years as a Toyota concept..

the one pictured above was just modified by FiveAxis.. and yea.. Scion tends to do that..
