Default What rims will fit ???

I have a 2014 scion tc with stock rims and tries. I want to upgrade tires from the stock 18 inch rims with a 7.5 diameter. I want to get 19's but don't know how wide i can go as in 8.5,9.5,10.5 ect. I also don't know what offset will make the wheel fit flush and look good. Im currently looking at these wheels.

Work Wheels :: Products :: Emotion D9R

I want either bronze or platinum :/ just don't know what is the max width i can go with the right offset. I have stock springs but might go lower with a 2inch drop.

I read this awhile ago but its from 2006 and its obvious this is going to be way off because you can get 19 inch rims standard. sigh
