hey I have a 2007 scion automatic, and I was wondering how to change out the light bulb in the shifter indicator. I would imagine I just unscrew the shift nob and pop off the plastic bezel but i dont feel like going for it and breaking it. I searched for this with little success thanks.

Search harder.

You pretty much described it. Unscrew the shifter knob, pull off the waterfall and pop off the panel the shifter is on. It's an LED so you'll probably have to order it from superbrightleds.com or meng motorsports.

FYI, OEM/stock.. it's NOT an LED.... however, you could install an led bulb in its place.
