i love the look of the body and everything, but how did they do the carbon fiber parts on the sides? is it just the fender? or is it all custom stuff?

its a widebody bodykit.
Molded on your car.
Expensive as hell, especially when you go CF...

raysor 01-21-2008 04:13 PM

it doesnt look molded, but how much would that cost total like 3k or something

Foques 01-21-2008 04:25 PM

lol.. you're looking at 4-10...for an ok work.
Wide body usually comes with
Bumpers (rear and front)
Fenders front
and rear side that will be molded on to your car.

Cheaper kits come with fender and hatch appliqués that are molded on to your own stuff.

^^And actually have car you can drive as you like. Body kits are for show cars, not for lasting the duration under normal driving. I have yet to see a kitted car that was driven daily that did not look like hell in a couple of years or less, even if the work was done well. The only body mods I have seen that did last were done right, meaning custom sheet metal fabricated, the old peices cut out and the new ones welded in. Bumpers molded to replace the old ones. But I dont think you even want to approach the cost of doing that https://www.yoursciontc.com/forums/st...#>/biggrin.gif
