Stock Stereo Settings
The stock Pioneer stereo in your Scion tC may not sound as good as it can when you pick it up. Use this guide to change the settings to suit whatever style you prefer. When you purchase a vehicle, your dealer sets the Equalizer for the vehicle type. Remember that when you change or disconnect your battery, the Equalizer settings return to the tC factory settings. If this happens, it is recommended you set the Equalizer for the type of evhicle you purchased. For more details contact your nearest SCION dealer. Changing the vehicle type Equalizer setting Press and hold the SSP button until you hear a beep, and the current Equalizer setting is displayed. Press the + or - VOL button to change the vehicle type. FYI- Equalizer mode changes as follows: Car type tC -> Car type xB -> Car type xA |
