Maintenance Required Light Reset
The Maintenance Required light on the dash alerts you that it is time for an oil change. Here is how to reset after you've changed the oil.
- Set ODO/Trip to ODO mode
- Turn off ignition
- Hold the trip reset button in and turn on the ignition
- Once the little dashes all do their thing, it is reset.
The light will start blinking after startup at around 4500 miles or soand will stay on solid after 5000. You just reset it right after the oil
change and can use it as a reminder for the next one.
