get on youtube and look up scion tc exhaust and it will come up with all kinds of exhaust setups. Listen to the sounds and decide what you like. My personal favorites are the HKS hi-power exhaust, Tanabe Medallion, and TRD in that order. If you decide on TRD though, let me know and I'll sell ya mine cuz I'd like an HKS.

Black 2009 Scion tC (manual): Ground Effects kit, Motegi wheels 18x8 18lbs (matte black) w/Goodyear Eagle GT 235/40/18, Clazzio black leather w/blue stitching seats, TRD exhaust, TRD lowering springs, illuminated door seal, b pillar, bumper guard, pioneer deck,6000k HIDs,JDM Yellow fog lights, blue leds, 20% and 15% window tint, ped spoiler, figure grill, Dr. Isotope's Short Shifter with TRD Ball shift knob, 2xFusion Reactor Series 12" Subs,900 watt Fusion Reactor Amp, and zero trunk space...

I like the TRD. Its a deep, healthy sound... Without going overboard and sounding like a Honda. It molds good with the car, and it's not ridiculous looking.

Plus, it's a Toyota... There's nothing wrong with putting Toyota parts on it. In the end, it's gonna be for sound. Considering it's not going to give you any beneficial gains. So I would suggest doing what everyone else above me said and just going to YouTube and looking around.

HOWEVER, sound in videos don't always sound the same in real life. Which Im sure you already know. =D

Go with Borla. It's deeper and lighter than the TRD and will give you slightly more power as well. The Borla muffler design is straight through. The TRD exhaust pressure must go in, turn a 180 and come back out.

Yeah, theres no power from an axleback. Hell, with my spipe, midpipe, and exhaust all I could really tell is better throttle response.
