MAF Sensor problem

I recently installed a CP680BLK 2007 Spyder Scion TC 07-10 Cold Air Intake / Filter - Black on my gfs 2007 Scion TC. After doing so her check engine light came on giving a P0101 and P0171 code.

P0101 MAF Sensor Trouble Code {normally a high velocity issue}
P0171 System running to lean

Any ideas on how to fix these codes?
I have disconnected the battery, removed the Throttle Body Spacer, cleaned the MAF sensor, dissconnected the whole system and reinstalled it and cleared the codes but they are still returning.

Double check that the whole system is sealed.

Sometimes intakes just throw CELs though.
