I did the same thing with the sensor in the header, its like it wasent screwed in right or something, just wouldnt turn out correctly........ Just spray it with some pennetrating lube and wait a few hours, and try getting it off, might have to spend the 140 bux on a new one like i did.

i have one piece of advise for any one that is going to remove an o2 sensor for any reason. go to the local auto store and by an o2 socket. it is made of the same material as impact sockets but it has a slit cut into the side of it so that the wires are sticking out the side of the socket. this allows you to be able to put the socket over it and still use a ratchet on it. or you can use a wrench on it because the end of the socket is shaped like a nut.

I dont understand why people are haveing so much trouble with these o2 sensors and striping them out. i didnt use and penetrating oil or WD40 i took a wrench and with one quick hit with my palm it was lose. Oh and the whole anti fouler thing yea I dont believe it works cause my sh!t came on i reset keeps coming on. oh well i am goin turbo anyways.
